Bethany’s signature presentation, Being Me, is designed to shift the culture and mindset in communities and the way children interact with one another. Through sincere and authentic conversations and experiential exercises Bethany inspires children to build self-confidence, create a greater level of empathy and compassion for themselves and others. Bethany addresses topics such as bullying, anxiety, depression and self-esteem. She creates a space for transformation where you will feel inspired and accepted as she shares a powerful message of how we can all overcome difficult situations and feel empowered to be ourselves.
