Individual SessionsIn my practice, I focus on helping individuals embody personal empowerment, fulfillment, authenticity, and emotional freedom. I integrate Western psychology with Eastern spiritual practices to help clients release inner suffering, creating dynamic shifts in both their personal and professional lives.
My work draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, Self-Compassion Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). These approaches support clients in reconnecting with their natural state of being—peace—and learning how to sustain that peace in their daily lives as a foundation from which to consciously curate their lives. I am dedicated to helping others embrace emotional freedom and authenticity through a compassionate, heart-centered, intuitive, and mindful approach.
