Group Mentoring
​If you are ready to get off the hamster wheel of fixing, healing, changing and improving then this is the place for you. Navigate relationships from a place of empowerment, from a place of self love. Build a more inclusive relationship with yourself. Group mentoring is your opportunity to gain greater clarity and receive direct support from Bethany. Together we explore the part of us that is real. Make the commitment to yourself to step out of living in a state of constant survival and into living from the heart, a place of inner harmony, your natural state of being.

Meditation
​Join me for a free 30 minute meditation, where we focus our attention on what I call the soulful self. For the most part, we have been bombarded with content about our ego, patterns, habits and beliefs that are rooted in survival and not enough of our awareness has been placed on the part of us that is real. Our time together will help you feel and experience that place of inner stillness, the truth of who you are. When we do this, our nervous system can begin to regulate and we return to our natural state of being.  This is living from the heart, and this is freedom. I hope you join me and give yourself the gift of freedom.
